See below for our current rates and online booking calendar.  These are book direct prices and lower than any of our online travel agency advertisements. Please be assured you will receive our best price. Prices are subject to change at the owner's discretion at any time.

Basic 7 night bookings (before extras) are priced up to £2400 dependent on time of year. Special Offers available - check dates and Facebook page.

Minimum 3 night stays generally.

Minimum 5 night stays only in peak summer end of June to the beginning of September. 

Minimum 5 night stay over xmas and new year. No departures/arrivals on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Years Day.

Minimum 7 night stays on certain weeks.

Dogs - We accept 2-3 dogs, depending on breed/size.

We require 50% of the fee to confirm the booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

We ask for a £450 damage deposit payable along with final 50%  payment, which will be returned by approximately 2 weeks after your departure, upon checking the property to ensure that it is left in a desirable state and there is no extra cleaning required.

Please ensure you read the Useful Information section of the website for our procedures for Arrival, Departure and Cancellations at this time. Please note that this is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY - if you wish to smoke in the gardens please ensure you use a suitable receptacle.

We suggest and request guests have adequate travel insurance that cover the UK and isn't just worldwide.
